We provide personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation that helps people understand their bodies, regain strength and move forward with hope. At Jeevora, every small improvement is celebrated as a meaningful step towards a healthier and more active life.
Recovery is rarely about movement alone, which is why Jeevora also offers nutrition and dietary counselling alongside physiotherapy — a fuller package of care built around your whole recovery, not just the exercises.

Dr. Jyoti Saharan is the Founder of Jeevora, a physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice built around compassionate listening, detailed assessment and personalised recovery. Her approach focuses on helping patients understand their condition, participate confidently in treatment and return to meaningful daily activities with greater strength and independence.
“Recovery is not simply the absence of pain. It is the return of movement, confidence, independence and joy.”
Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalised and evidence-informed physiotherapy that helps people reduce pain, restore movement and regain confidence in everyday life. We aim to make every patient feel heard, supported and actively involved in their own recovery journey.
To make high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation accessible, understandable and centred around each person’s real-life goals.
At Jeevora, our care is guided by compassion, honesty, clinical responsibility and respect for every individual. We believe in listening before treating, explaining before expecting and empowering patients rather than making them dependent on therapy. Every decision is centred on safe care, meaningful progress and the patient’s personal goals.
Every journey begins with a detailed understanding of your pain, movement, lifestyle and recovery goals.
Each session focuses on your individual needs without relying on a generic rehabilitation routine.
Treatment aims to understand contributing movement, strength, posture and lifestyle factors rather than addressing symptoms alone.
Patients receive understandable goals, treatment stages and guidance for continuing recovery beyond the clinic.
Exercise, mobility and functional retraining are integrated to create meaningful and lasting improvement.
We aim to make every patient feel heard, respected, informed and confident throughout recovery.

Founder: Dr. Jyoti Saharan
Dr. Jyoti Saharan once dreamed of becoming an MBBS doctor, inspired by a deep desire to care for people in pain. Her direction changed when she saw her own parents struggle to receive consistent and effective rehabilitation. Her mother, who lived with a disability, and her father both experienced persistent pain, while access to skilled physiotherapy in their area was limited. Determined to understand their conditions and help them receive better care, Dr. Jyoti chose physiotherapy as her profession. What began as a personal mission to support her parents grew into a larger purpose—to provide compassionate, personalised and reliable rehabilitation to every person who feels limited by pain or reduced mobility. Jeevora was born from that purpose.
“I chose physiotherapy because I wanted my parents—and every family like ours—to receive care that brings comfort, dignity and hope.”
— Dr. Jyoti Saharan, Founder of Jeevora
